Return and Refund Policy
Welcome to Nantong Xunri Technology Co., Ltd. (XunriTech). As a professional B2B trading company and your reliable supply chain partner, we source and export high-quality power tools, new energy products, and PV accessories from audited partner factories in China.
Because our business is exclusively Business-to-Business (B2B) involving wholesale, consolidated shipments, and custom OEM/ODM sourcing, standard retail “change of mind” returns are not applicable. Please read our policy carefully before placing a Purchase Order (PO).
1. Eligibility for After-Sales Claims
We stand behind the quality of the products we supply. You are eligible to file an after-sales claim if the goods you received meet the following conditions:
Manufacturing Defects: Products that fail to operate or do not meet the agreed technical specifications due to factory defects.
Incorrect Items: You received items, models, or specifications different from your approved Proforma Invoice (PI).
Missing Quantities/Parts: Shortages in your shipment (Please note: Unpacking videos or photos must be provided as proof).
Claims must be submitted to us within [15] days of the goods arriving at the destination port.
2. Exceptions (Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Scenarios)
The following situations are not eligible for free replacements or refunds:
Custom / OEM / ODM Orders: Products that have been customized with your branding, logos, specific colors, or specially sourced outside our standard catalog.
Improper Use: Damage caused by incorrect installation (crucial for PV accessories), misuse, lack of maintenance, or failure to follow the operational manual of the power tools.
Shipping Damage: Depending on the agreed Incoterms (e.g., FOB, EXW, CIF), the risk transfers to the buyer once the goods are loaded or reach the port. Claims for goods damaged during sea or air transit must be filed with your freight forwarder or insurance provider. We will fully assist you in providing the necessary documents for your insurance claim.
Sample Orders: Sample purchases are generally non-refundable unless the sample is completely dead on arrival (DOA).
3. Claim Process
As your supply chain partner, XunriTech will handle all negotiations and technical claims with our partner factories on your behalf to ensure a swift resolution. To initiate a claim:
Contact Us: Email your dedicated account manager or our support team at [support@xunritech.com].
Submit Evidence: You must provide the PI/PO number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos or videos. (Note: For power tool motor failures, a clear video showing the issue is strictly required by the factories).
Assessment: Our QC team and the respective partner factory will evaluate the claim within [3] business days.
4. Practical B2B Resolutions
Because returning heavy power tools or metal PV mounting accessories to China is cost-prohibitive due to high international freight and customs duties, physical returns are rarely required. Instead, we offer the following practical B2B solutions:
Spare Parts Dispatch (Preferred): We will express ship the necessary replacement components (e.g., carbon brushes, motors, switches, brackets, bolts) directly to you, or include them in your next container so your local technicians can perform the repair.
Next-Order Replacement: For completely faulty units that cannot be repaired locally, we will arrange for the partner factory to produce new units, which will be added free of charge to your next shipment.
Credit Note (Store Credit): We can issue a credit balance equivalent to the value of the defective goods, which will be automatically deducted from your next Purchase Order.
Partial/Full Refund: If replacements or credit notes are not viable, a refund for the defective items will be issued via the original payment method (e.g., T/T, PayPal) within [7] business days after the claim is approved.
5. Partner Factory Warranty
We pass on the standard warranties provided by our partner factories directly to you. XunriTech will facilitate any warranty claims during the valid period:
Power Tools: Covered by a [1-Year] warranty against manufacturing defects.
PV Accessories: Covered by a [ 5-Year ] warranty, depending on the material specifications (e.g., stainless steel vs. aluminum).
